Building regulations

Building regulations approval is required for a loft conversion; this will be done either through the architect and approved before the work starts or a building notice will be submitted before the work starts. During the work, a building inspector will check certain aspects of the work like the structure, the fire escape route, insulation, ventilation, sound proofing, etc. Once completed, the building inspector will sign off the work and issue a completion certificate which shows that the work has complied with the building regulations and can now be used safely as its intended use.

"The end result was beyond our expectations and the space they created for us has become an integral part of our day to day living. The team were very friendly and worked with care and attention, both on the job and in the house"
